What is Japanese traditional dishes ?

It is the photos of Japanese traditional noodle (called Soba).
In these days, i found an article of that Japanese goverment begin to issue to the restaurant for Japanse dishes being in foreign countries, an evidence which goverment recognize its justice.

I have ever found very interesting dishes called Japanese traditional dishes by an owner of his restaurant in abroad, too, some dishes of which was the one which i could not think of Japanese dishes.
Maybe, many Japanese visiting to the restaurants in abroad have experienced the same as me, too, I think.

But it is not easy that somebody specify whether or not its dishe's justice for our traditional dishes.
Who can specify clearly it as everybody can agree ?
I don't think anybody can do such thing.

Also in an article, Japanese goverment decided to use $300,000.- in such silly project from the tax which we paid.
Terrible !!
Why didn't our goverment ask me anything about it before they decided something ?

If I was a prime ministor of Japan, I would never accept such wrong suggestion.
